ICTC Chairman SRC V. K. Mishra visited China International Cooperation Centre for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (CICCSMEs) on 10th September 2013 and have meeting with Secretary General Yu Yanzhong, where ICTC and CICCSMEs has signed cooperation agreement for mutual co-operation and understanding for the purpose of promoting the development of business opportunities between India and China, especially for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises.
